The Skin I live In
The new Pedro Almodovar film, The Skin I Live In is definitely worth the accolade it has received. I found the film intriguing and a little unorthodox in a good way, due to the uncertainty of how it would end. At times some parts felt excessive but I wouldn’t expect anything less from Almodovar. The film ended perfectly in my opinion.

Our Day Will Come
I went to see the new Romain Gavras film 'Our Day will come', a film which was described by Cinemoi as a modern day Les valseuses. I really enjoyed the film, considering I did not know what to expect after subsequently deciding not to look at reviews. The film was constantly unconventionally and awkwardly funny and I cannot imagine any other actor playing Vincent Cassel's role.

The Big Picture
After going to see The Big Picture I can honestly say I did not enjoy the film. As I watched the film I felt as if there could have been many alternative situations or directions the film could have taken to make it better or at least justifiable. Coincidently in the big picture certain aspects of the story wasn’t feasible, considering it was a story to be taken seriously. All in all I did enjoy the cinematography of the remote location.
